Oakbase Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. is a Vietnam-based sourcing and supply chain partner supporting international brands and retailers build reliable manufacturing partnerships in Vietnam.

Founded by Linh and Ha, Oakbase combines deep local knowledge with international business experience. Linh studied in the United States and lived in New York, while Ha was born and raised in Germany. Together, they bring a global perspective and a strong understanding of international business expectations while maintaining close connections to Vietnam’s manufacturing landscape.

Through Oakbase, clients gain access to carefully vetted manufacturers across Vietnam. We support the entire sourcing process—from supplier identification and quotation to production coordination and final delivery. Our goal is to simplify cross-border procurement, reduce sourcing risks, and ensure transparency, quality, and efficiency at every stage.

Our services include supplier sourcing, quotation management, product development support, quality inspections, logistics coordination, and direct communication with manufacturers on the ground. Acting as a trusted local partner, we help clients navigate the complexities of manufacturing in Vietnam, and build stable, long-term supply relationships.

Both founders also grew up around family businesses involved in sourcing and manufacturing, providing early hands-on exposure to supplier networks and production environments in Vietnam.
